Transamerica Pyramid Center

Deutsche Finance America announced the successful sale of the Transamerica Pyramid Center on March 27, 2026.

In October 2020, Deutsche Finance America and its partner acquired the iconic Transamerica Pyramid on behalf of a club of German pension funds and Deutsche Finance’s private retail clients. The 853-foot architectural icon was completed in 1971 and spans more than 700,000 square feet of office space across three buildings surrounding a half-acre redwood grove, a true urban oasis. DFA is undertaking a comprehensive renovation plan that will restore the Pyramid and Redwood Park and offer enhanced tenant experiences in the nation’s most coveted gateway market.
