SF Law Firm Leaving Longtime Office for Space in Transamerica Pyramid

 
 

Law firm Morgan Lewis will relocate from its longtime office inside of San Francisco’s One Market Center, along the Embarcadero, to the 48-story Transamerica Pyramid early next year. The firm issued a joint news release Thursday with the Pyramid’s owner, New York luxury real estate developer Michael Shvo, confirming it has signed a new lease to occupy 123,000 square feet of office space across seven floors at 600 Montgomery St. The news follows a report by the Chronicle on the pending deal. The finalized deal means Morgan Lewis will be leaving behind a 150,000-square-foot office that it has occupied at One Market, a 1.6 million-square-foot complex of three buildings along the Embarcadero, for two decades.
