In September 2019, Deutsche Finance America and its partner acquired the property at the corner of 55th Street and Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, formerly known as the Coca-Cola Building on behalf of German pension funds. Built in 1927, the property is a centerpiece of Plaza District office market and boasts 7% of the total Fifth Avenue frontage in the Upper Fifth Avenue retail corridor. In 2021, DFA completed Peter Marino-designed lobby renovations, re-imaging the tenant experience at the property. 711 Fifth Avenue offers classic architecture and strong in-place tenants in an irreplaceable location.
