9200 Wilshire Boulevard
In May 2019, Deutsche Finance America and its development partner acquired 9200 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills on behalf of German pension funds and Deutsche Finance’s private retail clients. The one-acre project, which is currently under development, will feature 54 luxury residential units, rooftop pool, fitness center, underground parking, ground-floor retail, and concierge. The Mandarin Oriental-operated residential units will be the newest condo development in Beverly Hills and is anticipated to be completed in mid-2022. In addition to the residential units, 9200 Wilshire will feature Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud’s first Los Angeles restaurant. Chef Boulud is one of the most celebrated chefs in the world and will expand the deep culinary offerings available in Beverly Hills.
