685 Fifth Avenue
In May 2018, Deutsche Finance America and its development partner acquired Floors 5-20 of the historic Gucci Building at 685 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan on behalf of German pension funds and Deutsche Finance’s private retail clients. DFA is converting the existing office space into a luxury residential condo project. The project will be comprised of 69 fully furnished units with world-class amenities including a rooftop pool, fitness center, spa, and concierge. The property will be operated by Mandarin Oriental, a world-class international hospitality company, and is New York City’s first turn-key residence.
