Boynton Yards Development Land
Deutsche Finance America’s life sciences partnership has acquired six additional acres of land adjacent to 101 South Street and 808 Windsor for future lab office and residential development. DFA continues to work with the City of Somerville to create a master-planned mixed-use community on the transit-oriented infill Boynton Yards campus.
