15 McGrath Highway
In 2020, Deutsche Finance America’s life sciences partnership acquired an additional one-acre site for future lab office development along Somerville’s McGrath Highway, approximately one mile from the Boynton Yards site. The site is scheduled to be developed as a modern purpose-built life sciences office building to further expand the partnership’s presence in the Boston life sciences market.
