Boynton Yards Building 1 • 101 South Street
Deutsche Finance America and its partners delivered the first phase of Boynton Yards site in December 2021. The 289,000 square foot Class-A lab office building, which is certifiable as LEED Gold, was delivered on time and on budget in Q4 2021. The building was 100% pre-leased prior to completion to several portfolio companies of a premier Boston life science venture capital fund. The property includes eight floors of state-of-the-art R&D lab space, an on-site conference center, fitness center, four levels of below grade parking, and on-site retail offerings.
