In August 2020, Deutsche Finance America and its partner acquired 333 South Wabash, an iconic fixture affectionately known as “Big Red” on behalf of a German pension fund and Deutsche Finance’s private retail clients. 333 South Wabash features approximately 1.2 million square feet of office space over 45 floors in Chicago’s central business district. Developed in 1973 and renovated in 2019, the property features state-of-the-art offices and amenities including a new food hall celebrating Chicago’s rich culinary history, a world-class fitness center, childcare facilities, and ample gathering spaces for tenants.
