In November 2018, Deutsche Finance America and its development partner began developing a Class-A, 200-unit apartment community on the shore of Bde Maka Ska in Uptown Minneapolis on behalf of Deutsche Finance’s private retail clients. Development was completed in November 2020 and the property has established itself as one of the premier multifamily offerings in the city.
