In April 2024, Deutsche Finance America and its development partner acquired and commenced construction of the initial phase of a large industrial development in Creedmoor, Texas (in Metro Austin). The acquisition marks the first phase of a planned logistics park that will feature five buildings and span an area of approximately 900,000 square feet.
Phase I will feature two buildings composed of approximately 400,000 square feet, located adjacent to Interstate 45 with proximity to Interstate 35. This strategic location serves the Austin metro area and is a 20-minute drive to the Austin airport and Tesla Gigafactory Texas. Phase II will feature three buildings spanning approximately 500,000 square feet.
